TRENCHLESS PIPE REPAIRS

Epoxy Brush Coating

No-dig pipe repairs with Epoxy Brush Coating

Trenchless pipe repair in simpler terms implies repairing a pipe without excavation or any destructive means (trenchless pipe rehabilitation).

With the Epoxy Brush Coating methodology we build a new layer within the pipe the existing pipe and it comprises of the following steps:

  • The suspected pipe is initially inspected using CCTV Drain Camera until the problem is identified. The pipe is then cleaned and prepared (grinded, sanded).
  • Then we apply the epoxy sealant on the problematic sections of the pipe, essentially creating a new pipe inside the existing one !.

This procedure usually requires less time, money and of course no digging and damage to your property.

At Find Leak CY we are able to offer repairs for drain and rainwater pipes with a diameter of 1.5 ” to 8 ” (inches).

Pipe Lining CIPP

No-dig pipe repairs with LINING (CIPP) method

A cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) is a trenchless rehabilitation method used to repair existing pipelines.

It is a jointless, seamless pipe lining within an existing pipe. It is one of the most widely used rehabilitation methods throughout the world. Our engineers have been trained to apply CIPP according to all the technical standards for applications in sewer, water, gas, and chemical pipelines ranging in diameter from 2 inches and above.

The process of CIPP involves inserting and running a felt lining into a preexisting pipe that is the subject of repair. Resin within the liner is then exposed to a curing element to make it attach to the inner walls of the pipe. Once fully cured, the lining now acts as a new pipeline.

Pipe Patch Repairs

At Find Leak CY we have developed a proven method to rehabilitate small lengths of a pipeline section utilizing a “local” sectional repair system.

The system uses a liner mat with 100% solids epoxy resins creating a structural repair with a minimum lifespan of 50 years!

The system is designed for 2″ to 12″ diameter pipelines with cracks, holes, and separation in joints. The patch is inserted into the damaged pipe using an inflatable bladder, push rod, or pull cable. The patch repair is centered over the damaged pipe section and pressed tight against the host pipe area creating a structural new pipe.
